Simple Auto Club (“we”, “us”, “our”) offers an SMS messaging program to provide rental-related notifications to customers. Messages may include rental agreement links, signature requests, payment reminders, vehicle pickup and return notifications, and other transactional updates related to your vehicle rental.
By providing your mobile phone number and giving explicit consent, you agree to receive SMS messages from Simple Auto Club related to your rental. You are not required to consent to SMS messaging as a condition of renting a vehicle or using our services. SMS consent is entirely optional. You may opt in by completing our SMS opt-in form, by providing verbal consent during in-person rental check-in, or by texting START to our number.
Message frequency varies based on your rental activity. Typically, you will receive 1–5 messages per rental transaction. Messages are only sent in connection with active rental events (e.g., agreement signing, pickup confirmation, return reminders, payment notifications). You will not receive marketing or promotional messages.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You may also contact us at support@simpleauto.app or call (866) 350-3443 to request removal from our messaging list.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Simple Auto Club does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates will apply.
Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your phone number and any data collected through the SMS program will be used solely for the purpose of sending rental-related transactional messages. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information may be shared with our SMS service provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering messages.
